We want you to absolutely love your Honey + Mud purchase. Every product is handcrafted with care, and if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to make it right.

Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items

Due to the nature of our handmade and organic products, we can only accept returns for items that are damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at HoneyNMud@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging so our team can assist you promptly.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and the issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on soaps, body scrubs, lotions, or any opened or used skincare items.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect.
