Shipping policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time:
Delivery time varies depending on your location. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Charges:
Orders under $99 ship for a flat rate of $10. Orders of $100 or more ship free — our little thank-you for stocking up. We occasionally offer additional shipping promos, so keep an eye on www.honeyandmud.com for updates.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey to you.

Delays & Issues:
